Irony of the Bengali community at New York City

Recently from my corporate world experience, I might have found the answer to why the Bengali community can not grow and thrive like the Indian community in NYC. It's a surface level, but this profound discovery was revolutionary. Based on my observation, Indian males come to the USA as international students, sincerely pursue their studies, and land a job. They ensured they won the competition in their field of study. After landing the job, they earn permanent residency status from the organization they are working for. So, they don't choose to gain residency status by marrying an American Indian girl. If they marry an American Indian girl, they can contribute at least $ 70,000 a year to the relationship and support the girl in pursuing their dreams or work. But in the Bengali community, it's the opposite. If a Bangladeshi male comes to the USA as an international student, they don't complete their study. They struggle to focus on their goals because they easily get distracted by other things. They cannot communicate in English since they are not pursuing their study correctly. Even though they somehow graduate, they cannot land a job for various reasons. One is their low GPA. They still can't express & communicate in English, and last but not least, they do not put enough effort into landing a job. These factors are why they cannot currently win the Job Market competition. The irony is that all these Bengali males choose an American Bengali girl to marry to get the permanant residency in USA. Then provide for her by working as an Uber driver. Their quality of life doesn't increase. Their stream of income later, in the long run, come from real estate. But not everybody cannot make a decent living out of it. So, most of them ended up leaving New York City. In most of these cases, based on the family dynamic, these males couldn't contribute to their relationship quality development. They cannot even let their partners pursue their dreams. They prevent that from happening because they feel they won't be able to match up with their partners. So, many Bengali girls cannot pursue their dreams because of their family members. Many girls from the Bengali community are suffering because of this issue. They must marry these Bengali international males who are about to run out of visa issues.
